Pat Condell rails against Islam
This was sent to me earlier today. Let me know what you think.
It's part of a video blog done by Pat Condell, a comedian in Britain who has founded a new show called Faith, Hope, and Sanity. He's vehemently anti-religious and has strong criticism for the United States, but he's not a "secular progressive" (in the words of Bill O'Reilly) either. Some call his rants racist. You can decide.

Wow! Who knew that Bill O'Reilly had a more articulate, yet equally
ignorant older brother living in the U.K.? Moreover, why is it always
White, Anglo-Saxon, Protestants dictating global social, religious,
and political values? This has become so boring and monotonous. I want
to see an Arab Muslim "journalist" with his own western televised News
program. If the Muslim community is so hell-bent on condemning western
governments and western culture, perhaps we should level the playing
field and give them a News station so they can rant as well.
Now I'm not talking about Al-Jazeera. Networks based in one of the
crazy "backwards" countries Pat Condell is ranting about, naturally
don't count. No, I want "Muslim USA", or "Muslim Europe"!!! I want a
station which is owned and operated by members of the American Muslim
and/or European Muslim community and based in New York, or Paris.
However, let's be honest. That would never happen now would it? Why?
Well several reasons I suppose; however, I'm willing to wager that one
of those reasons might be that there are "a few" US and European News
stations owned and operated by... wait for it... White, Anglo-Saxon,
Protestant men. Woo, hooo!!!
