There are some serious errors in your translation of the comments. For example, "执迷不悟" and "给法国佬点颜色瞧瞧" are not (nearly correctly) translated at all, and "拒绝和丑化" isn't "throw away and make ugly", but "reject and smear (not literally, but in the PR sense)".
